Silicon Nitride bonded SiC (Cryston®): Offers exceptional resistance to abrasion, erosion, high
temperature, thermal shock and severe chemical environments
Advanced SiC products :

Siliconized Silicon Carbide (Norfrax®): A reaction
bonded, silicon infiltrated, silicon carbide composition designed for optimum
strength and corrosion resistance.

Dense Alpha SiC (Hexoloy®): Has a very fine grain structure for excellent
wear resistance and contains no free silicon, which makes it highly chemically
resistant in both oxidizing and reducing environments.

Fused Cast AZS (Corguard® and ZAC): A combination of alumina, zirconia and silica that is melted in an
electric furnace, which is ideal for heavy impact applications.
